Ruby Doan Petkovic

Ruby Doan Petkovic is a lawyer at State Law Group with over a decade of professional experience spanning personal injury, immigration, and family law. She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is currently undertaking a Master of Migration Law and Practice at Australian Catholic University (ACU).

Prior to admission, Ruby held senior positions within the legal sector as an Operations Manager and Senior Paralegal, where she was responsible for overseeing complex legal matters, managing practice operations, and supporting solicitors in achieving commercially and legally sound outcomes for clients. This extensive pre-admission experience provides her with a strong procedural command of legal practice and a sophisticated understanding of litigation and client management.

Before transitioning into law, Ruby spent more than ten years in the finance and banking sector, working across multiple banks and financial institutions in senior administrative and executive support roles, including as an Assistant to Chief Executive Officers. This background equips her with strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage high-pressure environments with precision and professionalism.
