Naeem was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2014.
Prior to that, he was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Iraq in 1988 and was a member of the Law Society of Baghdad in 1989.
