Andrew Le

Director & Principal Lawyer

As the Principal of State Law Group, Andrew is highly regarded across the profession.

Prior starting State Law Group in 2015, Andrew spent several years across public and private sector roles. He was a solicitor with a leading law firm practising across various specialised departments including personal injury, superannuation and insurance, class action and commercial litigation.

Andrew became an Accredited Specialist in personal injury in 2016.

Specialist Accreditation is a structured peer to peer assessment process enabling legal practitioners to be recognised for their expertise. To be accredited specialists must pass a series of meticulous assessments on both legal knowledge and its application in practice. To retain their accreditation specialists must undertake significant additional professional development in their area of expertise each year.

Andrew holds a Master of Laws (commercial litigation) from University of Sydney which is reflection of his passion for the law. He is currently undertaking a further Master’s degree in family law.

His extensive knowledge and experience, combined with his strong negotiation skills, allows him to resolve the majority of clients' disputes outside the court system. This means that his clients are able to achieve a successful outcome without having to be involved in costly and time-consuming litigation.

He has acted for thousands of clients and has a great deal of empathy and understanding. Andrew is committed to achieving results above clients’ expectations.
